This date will be on the contract signed by the buyer and seller. It is the window of time the buyer can have the inspection, loan, etc. work done.
It is helpful to know the date of your closing. If we receive confirmation of work to be completed withn 14 business days of closing, we will have your work completed at least 7 days before closing.

We will copy your realtor on all documentation. This helps to keep you cost down and confirm the work to be done and the time line.
